• Repairs: We repair on sight, if equipment needs major work, Monterrey Tile will send to manufacturer. Most of the time we can repair equipment while you shop! We also have our special warranty program on Target/Felker saws. Lifetime free labor, 1 year limited warranty on motor and 2 years on parts.
• The store also provides you with important do-it-yourself brochures. ie. Quantity of setting materials needed for specific tile sizes and grout joints.

WET TILE SAW WARRANTY INFORMATION

ON ALL FELKER & HUSQVARNA HEAVY DUTY MOTOR SAWS PURCHASED AT MONTERREY TILE

• Felker/Husqvarna warrants that its new equipment will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of TWO years from original date of purchase on parts only. (Must have proof of purchase)
• Electric motor has a ONE year manufacturer warranty
• Monterrey Tile Co. stocks replacement parts
• Saws Purchased from Monterrey Tile Co. can be repaired, in most cases, on the premises. (Labor and parts no charge if within manufacture warranty). If the saw must be sent to an outside vendor, customer is responsible for labor & parts if parts are past manufacture warranty. (Must have proof of purchase)
• A rental saw will be issued at NO CHARGE if a saw cannot be repaired on the premises or must be sent back to the manufacturer for repair.

Saws purchased from Monterrey Tile Co that are no longer under manufacture warranty will be repaired for the cost of the parts only, if repaired in house. Saws purchased elsewhere, the labor fee will be a minimum of $60.00 per hour for in house repair
