Contractor Sales Associate
Job Summary:
- Handling incoming sales calls
- Assisting customers with material selection and placing orders
- Educating and assisting customers with selection of tools, sealers & accessories
- Preparing price quotes & following up
- Shipping orders and scheduling deliveries
- Working with computers, cash register, credit card machine, fax & copier
- Taking payments, making change & reconciling cash drawer
- Maintaining stock and cleanliness of store
- Assisting warehouse department as needed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must have good computer skills
- Must have outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and efficiently work in a fast paced environment
- Read, write, understand and speak English
- Good math skills
- Punctuality and Good Attendance
- Positive attitude to work well with others
- Must be safety conscientious
- Bilingual very helpful
- Floor covering experience a plus

Showroom Sales Associate
Job Summary:
- Handling incoming sales calls
- Greeting customers
- Educating customers and have the ability to answer all questions professionally
- Assisting customers with design & material selection (including tools, sealers & accessories)
- Producing estimates, issuing tile & stone samples and following up
- Conducting customer stone approvals
- Processing customer orders
- Shipping orders & scheduling delivery
- Performing carpet measures at the customer's home
- Arranging for carpet delivery & installation
- Working with computers, cash register, credit card machine, fax & copier
- Taking payments, making change, reconciling cash drawer
- Maintain stock and cleanliness of store
- Maintaining Safety
- Assisting team members and other departments as needed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must project positive self image
- Must be extremely customer service orientated & have outstanding customer service skills
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills are required

- Ensuring material is picked-up from vendors & transported safely & efficiently
- Keeping warehouse and outside yard safe and in good order

- Forklift training is provided
- Routine basic maintenance checks of truck, trailer and forklift
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Arizona Driver License
- Clean Driving Record
- Ability to lift 70lbs
- Must be able to safely operate a truck & forklift
- Read, write, understand and speak English
- Good math skills
- Punctuality and Good Attendance
- Positive Attitude and work well with others
- Work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Must be safety conscientious
