The purpose of our online store is to save you time and money by allowing you to view select items that we can ship to you.

Choosing the right tile and materials are best viewed in person. If you are in the flooring business and know exactly what you want, then this online store was designed for you in mind. If you are in a remote location, we can save you time and money by shipping the products to you.

The inventory on our online store are items we felt will mostly benefit our online shoppers. If there is an item you cannot find, please contact us for availability.

Shipping



Most orders will ship via UPS Ground. Allow 3-7 business days for delivery. For bulkier items, we reserve the right to find a more practical method.

Orders that are received before 12pm pst are usually shipped the next business day. On fragile items, like listellos for example, may take up to 2 days to process. If there are any changes in the delivery schedule we will notify you immediately. The customer will receive an email notice as soon as the product is shipped.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

To calculate shipping, add the items to your cart and press "Checkout". Enter your STATE and ZIP CODE and press "Apply" on the Shipping Method. The shipping information is automatically calculated and shown at this time.

WHAT IF THE SHIPPING EXCEEDS THE UPS REQUIREMENTS?

On checkout, you may receive a message that the order exceeds the 150 lb maximum package weight. No shipping charges will be applied to the current order, but will be applied during processing.

NOTE: The customer will be notified of any additional charges to any order.

WHAT IF AN ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If the package has obvious damage and the product has also been damaged please refuse the order and call us as soon as possible so that we can rush you a replacement order. If there is not visible damage at the time of delivery and you find the product damaged after opening the package you will need to contact us immediately. ALL DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN ONE WEEK AFTER RECEIVING THE ORDER.



Refunds, Returns, Cancellations



WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Merchandise may not be returned after 30 days of purchase or without written permission. If the return merchandise is approved, you will need to contact us for a return authorization at that time we will instruct you as to where and how to return the merchandise. All returned merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and must include all packing materials and accessories. You will be responsible for all shipping charges inbound and outbound plus a 10% restocking fee.

USE CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE - Inspect all material prior to installation. No claims will be accepted after installation. There are no warranties, expressed or implied, for any material. Refer to manufacturer's recommendation on published industry standards for use and warranties.

NOTE: Product samples cannot be returned for refund. Most sample products are overstock items. These items are dramatically reduced in cost. It would not be economical for both parties to process sample returns.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Orders can be canceled at any time BEFORE shipping has occurred. If the product has been shipped you will be responsible for inbound and outbound shipping charges, plus a 10% restocking fee. These charges will be deducted from your refund.
