Returns/ Exchanges

In Store Purchase. Merchandisemay not be returned after 30 days of purchase or without written permission. If the return of merchandise is approved, it is subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Special Orders. There are no returns on special orders. Minimum of 50% deposit on special order items.

Online Orders. Merchandise may not be returned after 30 days of purchase or without written permission. If the return merchandise is approved, you will need to contact us for a return authorization at that time we will instruct you as to where and how to return the merchandise. All returned merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and must include all packing materials and accessories. You will be responsible for all shipping charges inbound and outbound plus a 10% restocking fee.

USE CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE.Inspect all material prior to installation. No claims will be accepted after installation. There are no warranties, expressed or implied, for any material. Refer to manufacturer's recommendation on published industry standards for use and warranties.
