Why buy from Monterrey Tile Co.?

Monterrey Tile understands that your project may depend on your tile saw, that is why most repairs are completed in-house. If the repairs cannot be completed by a specified time, rental saws are available.

• Saws Purchased from Monterrey Tile Co. can be repaired, in most cases, on the premises. (Labor and parts no charge if within manufacture warranty). If the saw must be sent to an outside vendor, customer is responsible for labor & parts if parts are past manufacture warranty. (Must have proof of purchase)
• Monterrey Tile Co. stocks replacement parts
• A rental saw will be issued at NO CHARGE if a saw cannot be repaired on the premises or must be sent back to the manufacturer for repair. Local pickup only.
• Saws purchased from Monterrey Tile Co that are no longer under manufacture warranty will be repaired for the cost of the parts only, if repaired in house.
• Saws purchased elsewhere, the labor fee will be a minimum of $60.00 per hour for in house repair
